Sarah’s strategic approach ensures alignment between operational objectives and legislative requirements, enabling businesses to achieve both production efficiency and a strong safety culture. Her expertise extends to fostering leadership engagement, driving cultural change, and mentoring teams to take ownership of safety outcomes.

With two decades of experience as a Health and Safety leader, John has cultivated a deep understanding of managing safety in high-risk industries across Western Australia. His expertise encompasses leadership, advanced risk management, and the development of strategic partnerships that deliver long-term, sustainable safety outcomes.

John has played a pivotal role in guiding organizations through the complexities of new WHS legislative obligations, providing leadership teams with clear, actionable insights to meet regulatory and due diligence requirements effectively. His ability to bridge the gap between compliance and operational needs has helped businesses build resilient safety cultures while maintaining efficiency and productivity.

In addition to his safety expertise, John has a strong background in business planning, which enables him to integrate WHS strategies into broader organizational goals. DIRECTOR - DANIEL ZDRAVESKI
Daniel Zdraveski brings extensive Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) experience, particularly in Mining , Oil & Gas, construction and commissioning, backed by both hands-on expertise and strong academic credentials. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, and Environment, majoring in Occupational Health and Safety, along with a range of industry competencies. 

Daniel focuses on making safety understandable and actionable. His approach moves beyond paperwork and formalities, emphasising genuine engagement, culture-building, and practical solutions. He strongly believes that safety should not just be a regulatory requirement, but an integral part of business operations that drives organisational success.
Daniel’s strength lies in connecting with people—working closely with teams and businesses to ensure safety becomes second nature.
