Psychosocial Risk Management
New workplace safety legislation means all employers must now minimise or eliminate psychosocial hazards in the workplace.They include bullying, harassment, inadequate reward and recognition, isolation, job demands, and sexual harassment. 

At Paradigm Safety Consulting, we have a Specialist Consultant who has extesnive industry knowledge and qualifications. We can provide a comprehensive Psychosocial Risk Management Framework tailored to your Business context and risk and train your staff  and leaders on awreness and management of psychosocial hazards in the workplace.  We can also carry out audits or surveys (People at Work Survey) to consult with your workers a part of the psychosocial risk assessment process in accordance with legislation.

We are seeking  HSE Advisors to work for a variety of different clients sites across Regional WA. We are seeking either casual employees, wanting flexibility in life or full time vacancies are also available.  WHS contractors on ABN also welcome to apply, we want to hear from you and partner with you. Paradigm has a lot of exciting opportunity coming up and we are expanding our team! 
Candidates must be willing to work FIFO on a variety of exciting sites or Perth based on the occasion.
What we are looking for: 
  • Flexibility with working on various sites (FIFO) 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Tertiary Qualified (Minimum Cert IV WHS)
  • Able to work in a team or individually. 
  • Sound knowledge in WHS Legislation. 
  • Reliable and professional work ethic.
  • Other quals advantageous - (ICAM, TAE, First aid etc). 
  • Auditing experience desirable.
